How Do You Ship And Deliver?

Orders are sent in solid mailer cartons to prevent damage, no signature is required.  If the parcel can’t be delivered a card will be left and the order will be taken to the nearest post office where it can be collected.

By placing an order with Prints By Wallaby, you authorise the passing of your email address and mobile number details to Aramex or Australia Post for the purpose of providing tracking notifications where applicable.  After your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number which can be tracked on either the Aramex or Australia Post websites.  Please check your junk mail box.  You need to allow 3 to 10 working days (Western Australia 3 to 15 days) for delivery depending on your location before contacting us to trace your order.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Jigsaw shipping to all Australian states and territories is weight based ranging from $10 – $12.75.

Weight based international shipping is now available to New Zealand. To calculate shipping to your country, select ‘Calculate Shipping’ from the ‘View Cart’ page and enter your location details before proceeding to checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Prints By Wallaby jigsaw puzzles are manufactured here in Queensland, Australia. They are made to order.  Our aim is to have your jigsaw made and posted within 5 – 10 working days of receiving payment.  Standard postage is 2 – 4 working days (Western Australia 3 to 5 working days) for delivery depending on your location.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

To change or cancel your order after it has been placed online, please contact us as soon as possible.  If the order has already shipped, it may need to be processed as a return after it has been delivered to you.  Please see our Returns Policy.

Do You Accept Returns?

All products that are shipped by us can be returned but we can only accept unopened (this means with the plastic wrapping intact) and undamaged returns.  We cannot provide a refund for products that have been damaged in transit through you sending them back to us.  Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Can You Send Me A Missing Puzzle Piece?

There is not a system to replace individual pieces. Jigsaws are packaged in a closed system so there is no possibility of a piece going missing during this process. If the jigsaw you purchased from us has a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will see what we can do to assist you.

What If I Can’t Complete The Puzzle?

The degree of difficulty of jigsaws vary.  It is left to the customer to decide if the jigsaw/s selected will be too difficult for them or the recipient to complete.  All images have been checked for suitability for the jigsaw sizes listed.  Patience and perseverance will see all jigsaws completed…eventually.

What About Invoices And GST?

Prints By Wallaby is not required to be registered for GST at this time, therefore all invoices are only invoices not “tax invoices” and no GST can be claimed.
